Hours: Casual, to begin (e.g. Tuesday & Thursday 10 am–2 pm, with scope to expand)
Rate: Level 1 Retail Award casual rate (includes 25 % loading)

The Role

As our Casual Customer & Social Media Assistant, you will:

  • Pack online and wholesale orders with care and attention to presentation
  • Respond to customer enquiries via Outlook (email)
  • Manage our social channels (Instagram & TikTok): monitor comments, field questions, share behind-the-scenes moments
  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Eye for detail & love of design: you notice the little things that make an order feel special
  • People-person: warm, professional tone when you communicate
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable on a Mac, proficient in Outlook, Instagram & TikTok
  • Bonus: prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles

Hours & Flexibility

  • Start with 8 hours/week (e.g. Tues & Thurs, 10 am–2 pm)
  • Availability: You’ll be needed across busy periods, including school holidays
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as we grow

All our products are made from original hand painted designs, the whole process from the design origin to the pattern making, is done by us! Our designs are then printed onto natural, organic fabrics for little ones.
