At Fledge & Thread we want your purchase to arrive quickly and safely. The information below explains how we pack, send and track every parcel.
Domestic Shipping: Australia Post
• Standard Parcel Post
– WA (same state): about 2–4 business days
– Interstate: about 3–6 business days
• Express Post
– WA (same state): about 1–2 business days
– Interstate: about 1–3 business days
• Free standard shipping on all retail orders over $200 AUD (outside sale periods).
• Orders under $200 AUD ship via Australia Post Standard from $8.95 AUD.
• Australia Post Express starts from $12.95 AUD

Global Shipping
• We ship worldwide from our Perth studio.
• Orders leave us within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Need your items in a hurry? Select Express Shipping at checkout.
International Shipping
• We offer Standard and Express services through Australia Post.
• Standard delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks.
• Express delivery is typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Import Taxes
The shipping price shown at checkout does not include customs duties, tariffs, VAT or other import fees. These charges are set by your country and must be paid by the recipient on arrival.
Typical guidance:
• United States – Costs are not included in the shipping price shown at checkout and must be paid by the recipient when the order reaches US customs. We recommend reviewing current US import rules or speaking with your local customs office before completing your purchase.
• United Kingdom – orders over £135 may attract VAT and customs duty.
• European Union – most member countries charge VAT and import duty on goods from outside the EU; rates vary.
We strongly recommend checking your local tariff and import‑fee rules before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
• A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched.
• All deliveries occur on business days.
• While we use reputable carriers, occasional delays can happen. We will assist wherever possible.
Important Notes
• Please confirm your delivery address at checkout; we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
• If your parcel appears missing or is delayed, contact us within 30 days for Australian orders or 60 days for international orders so we can investigate.
• Wholesale customers have separate freight arrangements - please email us for details.
